Breakfast was either muffins, waffle or instant oatmeal.... deep winter yet the room was warm when we got there!

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet.

The front desk person was friendly and informative. It was a quiet location, adequate air conditioning, and had great orange juice in the breakfast room.
